Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tugpy. We want to make sure your dog harness, collar, or leash arrives safely and on time.

PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING TIMES:
Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or high-demand periods. Total delivery time is typically 8-13 business days when combined with processing time.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Standard Shipping: $5.00 flat rate on all orders except for orders exceeding $70 (Free shipping)

ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven't received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@tugpy.com.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Tugpy is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@tugpy.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
