We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:
Contact our support team at support@tugpy.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may request photos for damaged or defective items.
REFUND PROCESS:
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit.
EXCHANGES:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
